TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The artist, Carly Weaver, retains all copyrights to any artwork including commissioned work created by the artist for reproductions, marketing and display. 

Commission artwork is scheduled on a first come first serve after payment has been submitted by client. Then the artist will give you a completion date usually 12 weeks from payment submission holidays, multiple and/or larger works require a longer completion date. The date is subject to change,  In the event of illness, emergency or any other disaster the artists will do her best to contact you of any delay in completion.  

There are no refunds on full payments or down payments on  commissioned artwork. Before final completion one progress photograph will be sent via email for approval. No other alterations or requests will be honored after the client approves.  More progress shots can be sent at artist’s discretion but is not required before the final  progress photograph mentioned above.  

Full payment is required on commissioned artwork  under $500 before the artist begins the artwork. Artwork over $500 requires 50% downpayment and the remaining balance due upon final client approval or before shipping. 

Prices are subject to change. Shipping is paid for by client unless specified free shipping. Shipping charges are dependent on client’s shipping preference.

Artist is not responsible for installation of artwork. Artist is not responsible for any damage to personal or public property or bodily injury caused by artwork.

Definitions:

The artist: Carly Weaver

artwork: any art (painting, drawing, reproduction, etc) that is created by Carly Weaver

Commissioned artwork:  custom art work that the artist creates on client request

The client: individual or entity requesting artwork
